If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that final sale items, including clearance and certain personal goods, are not eligible for return or exchange.
